| March 25, 2020 | Spring Bi-Annual Meeting: SAMBA Clubhouse in St. Albert @ 7:00 PM The Corona Virus Pandemic forced the cancellation of the Board of Governors’ Meeting. Letters of commitment for the 2020 season along with League fees were delivered by those clubs wishing to retain their tenure and by new registrants. |

| April 4, 2020 | Annual Umpires’ Meeting: SAMBA Clubhouse in St. Albert @ 10:00 AM The Corona Virus Pandemic forced the cancellation of the Annual Umpire Meeting. Scheduling for the 2020 abbreviated regular season and post-season will be conducted online through the Commissioner’s Office. |
| April 25, 2020 | Official Scoring Clinic: Bessie Nichols School @ 189 Hemingway Rd. in Edmonton. Time: 09:00 AM to 12:30 PM: Refresher session for accredited scorers Time: 09:00 AM to 16:00 PM: Full session for beginners and non-accredited scorers. Pre-registration by E-mail to League office required by April 23rd. Due to school closures across Alberta, the Official Scoring Clinic will be cancelled in 2020 and will again be offered in April of 2021. |
